Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and free of pet hair, smoke, or makeup marks.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, or choose your own carrier to mail the package to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
